iPhone > PS3
There's a 99.9% chance that suit will be settled before it gets anywhere near a courtroom, and if not the name applePhone (with the iconic logo in front of the word "Phone") will suit me fine. They've already named their new set-top box that way.

Well yeah, of course iPhone > PS3. STILL...
I dunno, Cisco was saying that they've been trying to work it out for months with Apple, and it never got worked out. I wouldn't be surprised if they refused to settle out of court. They are suing to halt production of the iPhone, after all. And they already have an iPhone of their own out.
The point is, it's too much for my low military paygrade to afford. I couldn't have it because of the camera where I work, anyway.

Actually, they're suing for an injunction against Apple to (possibly) keep them from using the name. They can't do a thing about production.
Besides, Apple can't start making them until the FCC signs off.
