"One shall stand, One shall fall"
All Michael Bay has to do is make a live actiion version of this film and he's sorted. It's like tracing a picture.....but knowing him he'll stick about 1000 slow motion shots in, 5 million explosions and cast anyone who can't actually do an american accent in the most american role he can find.

At least the guy who voiced Optimus in the cartoon will be reprising his role in the live-action movie.

The thing is, a certain amount of creative freedom is expected, and in the hands of someone who isn't completely apeshit retarded and hyped up on "OMFG XPLOZIONSS!!!", there's a chance it can even be a good thing. But Bay is such an incompetent fuckwit, I bet if all the greatest directors in the history of film babysat him the whole way through production, he'd still manage to find a way to fuck it up.
I think the best thing I can do is hope for the worst that way if he somehow manages to make it bearable, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

You can't be talking about the guy that gave us riveting drama like "The Rock" and "Amityville" remake.
Those were both so...well I'm at a loss for words...

I happened to like "The Rock"
In fact I like it so much I feel like a dirty Afghan hooker.
Damn you, old.
Connery said fuck twice in the show. That has to count for something.
I think Transformers should be alright, because Megatron isn't turning into a little fucking hand gun. At least they got the physics right.
