I felt pretty much the same way.

Great poem Phife.

*EDIT*
Under the Berne copyright convention, which almost all major nations have signed, every creative work is copyrighted the moment it is fixed in tangible form. No notice is necessary, though it helps legal cases. No registration is necessary, though it's needed later to sue. The copyright lasts until 70 years after the author dies. Facts and ideas can't be copyrighted, only expressions of creative effort.

The most famous case of written copyright law infringement is one pertaining to the movie Jingle all the way. In that case the profit of the movie resulted in a legal claim of infringement.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/1207017.stm

This is not that. This is just someone crying.

Your claim here is bogus because no profit has been had. It has simply been reposted. So you have no basis or argument. No one has taken credit for your work but rather paid credit where it was due whether you wanted it given or not.

By your logic no site coud ever post a link or quote from another because someone stuck a little c next to it. Which is as silly as your little effort.

There was no damage to the commercial value of your work because there is no commercial value and you were given credit for the work. You can actually read Angelbaby's links if you'd like? They'll reiterate that I'm sure.

So again, fuckoff. :)

Wrong again.

I did not consent the posting of my work by you. And since it IS copyrighted and you posted it without my consent or knowledge you have broken the law. Have fun with that.

All hail King Douche.

He has struck again.

~~ps~~The commercial value of my work has no bearing on whether or not its copyright has been violated. Duh.

You don't need consent and again the commercial value of the work has not been affected because it's as worthless as you are and embus's cyber toughness is.

(By the way I think embus looks something like this: Image)

By all means keep crying though. Hell, why don't you write a poem about it?

By your logic every time someone hits the quote button on here they are breaking the law. I'm sure by some standard of gay that could be argued but to what end?

You're a pathetic little talentless moron but at least your poem made some people laugh. And one person cry. Cause it really hit home.

If you don't want your work laughed at then keep it in your My Little Pony journal of sad sad thoughts and not in public domain where it can be subject to criticism.

Criticism is fine...where I consented to it. There is a place at deviantart for you to critize my work. That would have been a-okay. But instead you bring it here because you got banned somewhere else for being the worthless troll that you are.

Who's the one crying now?

And consent is the whole crux of copyright law. You aren't even supposed to make copies from books and magazines unless you ask for consent prior. You aren't supposed to record NFL football games, tivo sitcoms, or burn CDs without consent.

While commercial loss/gain can make a case more likely to be litigated, they do not change the illegality of the action of taking someone's work and reproducing it without their consent.

So again, you are wrong King Douche. All hail King Douche.

I already addressed that point. If you can't see that then I have nothing else to say on this to you. I'm not interested in revisiting the same points repeatedly. You can if you want to. Hey, if you can make it rhyme it can be a poem?

"Who's the one crying now?"

um...still you.

I'm not crying.

You're little bitch ass brought this shit to DLT because you were pissed that you got squashed elsewhere.

And you are flatout wrong about copyright law. Simple as that. You're reasoning is flawed and your "sources" are irrelevant to the subject at hand.

Just face it King Douche (all hail Kind Douche) you are a troll who is desperate for attention of any sort. Even it if is negative (which this is by the way).

Dumbass.

Funny that the thread that was started to make fun of me has turned on you.

How ironic.

The fact that it's debatable as to whether or not there are actually tears streaming down your face as you're typing is worth the price of admission.

The fact (which is provable becase this thread exists) that you are a sore loser and a troll are enough to make me want to bash your skull in...me and the vast majority of humans in the world too...maybe even most of the animals.

Shut up and leave King Douche.

Since you can in no way whatsoever dispute my claims that it is in fact you that is the crybaby for opening this thread to begin with...you simply post a cute picture of a baby crying and say that it is me.

How creative and thoughtful King Douche, Troll of the Round Table.

All hail King Douche.

What a douche.

Hail King Douche!

The crying baby pic has been done to death, son. Shouldn't you be getting ready for Little League practice? Oh wait... summertime... probably have a swim class today?? Or mom dropping you off at the Y? Either way, you are a douche. A swimming douche, or a Y douche. They are both just as douche-y. All Hail the King of Douche.

It takes a REAL douche to argue his inconsistancies and mistakes.

Again, King of Douche.
